My name is Casey Wiegand, I am a freelance artist, wife and mama.
I love painting and sharing our life through my blog...where you can expect pieces of my perspective on life, faith, kids, marriage, with touches of art, creative inspiration, projects and things I love along the way. I have two little ones in the hopes of lots more and am married to the love of my life :).

Hi I’m Sarah from Little Penelope Lane and I am super excited to be featured on “The Blog of AA dreams!" Thanks Ani!! I am married to my college crush (just celebrated our ten year Anniversary, yay) and together we have three children! Two girls and a little boy! In 2003 we welcomed our first daughter Katie into our family. Katie was born with Spina Bifida (to read her story click here) and I noticed early on when I took her to all of her doctors, hospital and therapy appointments wearing a bow she received extra attention. I also noticed that other children her age would often comment about the bow in her hair first and then ask about her wheelchair second. To me, the bows seemed to be a buffer. People would say “I love her bow…” and then ask about her situation. We always welcome the opportunity to share Katie’s story and the bows seemed to open the door to that, as crazy as it sounds, it’s true! Less than two years after Katie was born we welcomed another sweet girl into our family, Ella. With two little girls, our bow collection only grew and grew! Then one rainy day two years ago, the girls and I sat down to do some crafts and and I made a bow, and then another and another! I had so much fun making them that soon after I started up “Little Penelope Lane!” A few months later I started hosting boutiques , home bow parties and now truck shows! Thanks for taking a little stroll down Little Penelope Lane!

Hi my name is Melanie Cantelmo and I have a blog called Keeping up with the Cantelmo's. My blog is all about the daily ups and downs of the Cantelmo family. I also share my faith, inspirations, and dreams. My hope is that my blog can be encouraging to you.

My name is Olga Marquez, and I blog over at Our Extraordinary Life. You might click over and think... what is so extraordinary about her life/blog?! What's extraordinary?! it's Jesus Christ who lives in us! When you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, your life is not just ordinary, it's extraordinary! With Him... anything is possible, with Him... you will be blessed, with Him... you can over come any difficulties, and when there is difficulties, you learn to trust/believe in God all the more and in the process you only become stronger! God's grace empowers us beyond our ability! This is why we can all live an Extraordinary life!
A little about me; I am 26 years old, a wife to an amazing husband {Ray}! And by the grace of God and the hard work of my dear husband I am SAHM to 3 princesses {Raychel 4, Oceana 2 1/2, Madison 6 1/2 months}! I have a heart for people, I love meeting new people, and I try to live each day as it being my last. I am 100% Mexican and very proud of it ;). Before being a SAHM I used to be an esthetician. I love waxing brows, its my favorite! I am a total girly girl, I love dressing up, doing my hair & makeup, love clothes, jewelry and shoes... what girl doesn't?! One thing I cant leave my house without is my blush.
I have to have it on- haha! I started blogging after I deleted my Facebook. One of my girlfriends {Meagan} who blogged actually encouraged me to blog. She wanted to still stay updated with everything that was going on with me and my family. When she told me about this blog thing, I also thought that this would be a great way to journal mine and my family's life, And now, I love it! I love the blog world and meeting all these new lovely people, and learning a thing or two from them!

Hello! My name is Ashley from over at Rustic Living.

I was blessed to have been raised on a farm in southern Idaho. Consequently, I'm a country girl that loves to wear flannel, bargain-hunt, say "dag-gummit", eat meat and potatoes, and get my hands covered in paint. I have a great appreciation for all things "rustic", furniture and home decor that has an antique or distressed look to it. Some of my favorite pieces to refurnish are dressers and rocking chairs. I also love to pinch pennies! I find my furniture and other treasures at garage sales, thrift stores, consignment stores, auctions, even items tossed to the side of the road! I love the story of how my grandmother found some old apple crates in a junkyard in the summer of 1949 and proudly turned them into a cupboard for dishes, complete with curtains. Her and my mother inspire me to continue our joy of turning trash into treasure and to glorify God with the talents He gave us!

I fell in love with a country boy from Kansas by the name of Michael. I'm a very lucky girl to have married this hunk of a man! We currently live in Boise, Idaho and have really enjoyed our "newlywed years" here. We love to dream about building a home out in the country complete with a wrap around porch and rocking chairs occupied by our future kids! Until then, our "kids" are our two dogs, Whiskey and Banjo.

In August 2011 I created the Rustic Living blog. I felt like I had something worth sharing, but I'm not gonna lie... I was so scared to do it! I still feel like a little girl with a paintbrush who has no idea what she's doing but it makes her happy so she does it anyways! Consequently, I'm always pleasantly surprised when someone has something nice to say about my projects. It makes my day and gives me to motivation and courage to keep creating. I really have fallen in love with the blogging community. The opportunity to share my hobby and receive so much support and encouragement is truly a blessing. It also allows me to connect with people who share the same passion and interests that I probably would have never met otherwise.

Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me. Feel free to take a gander on over to Rustic Living and see what project I'm currently working on or my recent thrift store treasure! Have a great day!
