THIS A QUICK DELICIOUS TUNA PATTIE SALAD
I HAD FOR LUNCH YESTERDAY!!! IT'S SO QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE.
TUNA PATTIES
INGREDIENTS:
1 CAN OF TUNA
1 TABLESPOON OF BREAD CRUMBS
1 oz OF SHREDDED CARROTS
ONIONS (OPTIONAL)
1 EGG
PINCH OF SALT
PINCH OF PEPPER
TONY CHACHERE'S CREOLE SEASONING (ADD TO YOUR TASTE)
MIX ALL THIS INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A SMALL BOWL.
ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL TO PAN AND TURN IT ON TO MEDIUM HEAT.
SHAPE TUNA INTO PATTIES WITH YOUR HANDS OR USE A SMALL SPOON.
THEN BROWN TUNA PATTIES ON BOTH SIDES FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES EACH
UNTIL THEY ARE A LIGHTLY BROWNED!!!
(IT MAKES ABOUT 6 SMALL TUNA PATTIES)
ENJOY WITH A DELICIOUS SALAD!!!
