This last weekend as you remember
I had family over
i always love having my mother in law
and my sister in law come visit
(their definitely 2 of my best friends)
I LOVE THEM SO MUCH THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL,
SMART & SUPER FASHIONABLE!!!
So the last night we were all together
we had a Family Cheesecake Showdown!!!
Jenellie had gone to the Cheesecake Factory
that same day and purchased The Kahlua Cocoa Coffee Cheesecake
so that's when the idea came to
have a Cheesecake Showdown
(Mr.A was super excited with the idea)
Mom would make Grandmas Old Fashion Cheesecake
& Nellie would make a delicious cheesecake, known now as
"Nellie's Dressed up Snickers Cheesecake"
~INGREDIENTS~
2 8oz bars of cream cheese
1/2 C. sugar
2 large eggs
2 large eggs
16 fun size snickers
~DIRECTIONS~
1. With an electric mixer, beat 2 8-ounce bars cream cheese (at room temperature) with ½ cup sugar and 2large eggs. Mix in 16 chopped Snickers Fun Size Bars (16 grams each; 2 cups total);
pour into an 8-inch chocolate cookie pie crust
2. Bake at 325ยบ F until set, 40 to 45 minutes; cool. Sprinkle with 6 chopped Snickers bars; chill until firm.
