This Last Weekend unfortunately wasn't the best week ever :( Trust me I have a few of those through out the year those just never go away I call them Depression Week!!! But I've promised myself I'm going to have an Excellent week and not let anything bring me down.

Let's also say that all last week I was in my PJs the whole time and I didn't want to do anything but be lazy. I kept telling my hubby I just want to have a really relaxing week. But deep inside I knew that I was over relaxing a little too much. Usually that makes me a little too grouchy, a little too sad and mainly just depressed about everything. (I've also learned that it's okay not knowing why your sad and why you can't express your feelings sometimes. And to just want to cry for no reason)
There is this really great Book that I got a while back that has helped me a lot and I've learned a lot from it. You should definetely go buy a copy!!! It's called 101 ways to stress-free living by Suzannah Olivier. If your not able to go buy a copy it's okay I'll be sharing some of the main important things I've learned that I want to share with you!!!
