
INGREDIENTS:
* 3 OR 4 RIPE BANANAS, SMASHED
* 1/3 CUP MELTED BUTTER
* 1 CUP SUGAR
* 1 EGG
* 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
* 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
* A PINCH OF SALT
* 1 1/2 CUPS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
PREHEAT OVER TO 350 DEGREES F (175 C)
DIRECTIONS:
I USE MY MIXER BUT THERE IS NO NEED OF ONE IF YOU DONT HAVE ONE. MIX BUTTER INTO MASHED BANANAS IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL. MIX IN THE SUGAR, EGG AND VANILLA. SPRINKLE ON THE BAKING SODA AND SALT OVER THE MIXTURE. MIX IN THE FLOUR LAST AND SLOWLY!!! POUR MIXTURE INTO A BUTTERED 4x8 INCH LOAF PAN. BAKE IT FOR 1 HOUR. THEN LET IT COOL ON A RACK. REMOVE FROM PAN AND SERVE IT WHILE ITS STILL WARM AND OF COURSE DONT FORGET THE BUTTER AND YOUR MILK!!! I PROMISE YOU'LL LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO!!!
