Happy Holidays to you!!!

Photobucket

Through all my holidays as a young girl I remember the joy of knowing that I would always spend those special days with my family. I never had to worry if they were going to be there or not. Thats how things were just meant to be. In South America we use to celebrate it in a different way then most people i've met in my life. It all started around 7 or 8 if we were lucky and if everyone was on time. And then we would hang out and have a special Christmas Eve dinner. Then we would dance or just hang out and laugh at simplest things. Then the kids would go to bed for about an hour or two and then at twelve they would wake us up because santa had delivered presents. And then we would hug each other for 10 to 15 minutes and then open presents. We would finish it with Panetton and hot cocoa. It was tradition I totally I loved as a child. But now that I'm older and I have my own family I've learn to make some of my own traditions as well. We still have a wonderful christmas eve dinner and have Panetton and hot cocoa and finish the night with A Christmas Story. And then we tuck our kids to bed, then me and my husband we finish helping Santa :). And we get to sleep a few hours and then our kids wake us up in the morning to open their christmas presents. So me and Husband we've mixed our traditions together and we've learned to compromise with each other a little bit of each others traditions we had as growing up. Well to finish it off we had a wonderful holiday together and thats the most important thing to have each other and remember the real reason why we celebrate Christmas. We had a really relaxing christmas and it was the first time it was just as four so it meant a lot. It wasn't stressful which was really important. And and we enjoyed it a lot
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas And a happy new Years
With Love Ani.
Lots of Hugs and Kisses for all our Family and Friends this special Holiday Season!!!
