FATHER'S DAY CARD TEMPLATE

Father's Day is just around the corner and one of our favorite things that we love to do for Birthdays, Father's and Mother's Day at our home is homemade cards. This year I made a little template for the kids to make it more fun for them. Hope you enjoy it.

Annita's 6th Brithday + Blickenstaff's Giveaway...

We celebrated Annita's 6th Birthday a week ago and I had so much fun planning it out...
Daddy kept having to remind me that it's Annita's Birthday Party and not mine.
I just love everything that has to do with planning a party or an event especially my kiddies!!!

Ms. Annita wanted a Justin Bieber party.... Daddy said No.

Mommy wanted a Glamourous Party... Daddy once again reminded me that it's her Party, not mine!!!
So we compromised and made it into a "GLAMOROUS POP STAR PARTY"
which was perfect at the end....

From the VIP Treatment that you and each of your cute little friends got from the Beautiful Ladies at Pink Sugar Mobile Spa Parties to the amazing GIFT BAGS they got filled with goodies from Blickenstaff's Toy & Candy Store. Of course all the help that I got from my sweet friends Amber, Andi and Jody to finish all the last details!!!

and a Glamorous Pop Star Party was what it was...
with all your cute girlfriends that came to celebrate...
to getting your nails all glittered up to your own style by the Beautiful Ms.Tyna Lloyd...
to getting your makeup professionally done by Ms. Kim Richards...
Both Ms.Tyna and Ms.Kim from Pink Sugar Mobile Spa Parties were such a joy to work with,
and made me feel so relaxed by insuring me that Annita's Glamorous Pop Star Party
was going to be just that "Glamorous".
All the girls felt so comfortable and enjoyed getting all Glamored up while laughing, talking and singing to "Call Me Maybe" from Carly Rae Jepsen.
The best part is that they did an amazing job and they definitely made them all feel like real Pop Stars!!!
to the cake and the cupcakes made with love by Mommy and the lovely Ms. Amber...
to the Gift bags that were filled with some of Annita's Favorite things from one of my new Blog Sponsors,
I can't even begin to tell you, how much we fell in love with these fun store from the moment we walked in.
I love the selection of old fashioned candy's they have from so many different decades, the great quality of toys that they personally pick out to give their customers the best products possible...
this is seriously like Santa's Worshop, filled with magical things that will make you feel like a child again.

Now who's ready for a Dreamy Giveaway.
I promise you will love it...
A $50.00 GIFT CARD to Blickenstaff's Toy & Candy Store
to make your Christmas a little Brighter & Dreamier!!!

Winner will be announced Monday, December 17th.

Thanksgiving 2012...

What an amazing Thanksgiving week it was...
So much to be Thankful for that I have in my life...
My sweet and loving, supporting husband...
My little monkeys that make my life an adventure...
My loving family that I love so much...
to this country that I love and that I call my home.
So thankful for all the blessings that I am given daily...
for the trials that make me stronger...
for my Heavenly Father that watches over me.

a beautiful place to call HOME!!!

I arrived in the states when I was just 8 years old...
at that time I didn't have a choice to say
if I wanted to come or not
but you 'betcha' that I let my parents know
that I was not a happy child.
In my mind I thought how could they do this to me...
how could they make me come to a total strange place...
how could they make me leave all my friends behind...
how could they want me to leave the culture I had
grown up to know my whole life...
which again, I was only 8 years old and I thought I knew it all...

Now more then 20 years later...
I am grateful for the decision my parents made for me and my sisters, for us as a family to bring us to the United States of America.
For everything they left behind to give us a better life
and a safe place to live...
because of all those things and more I am grateful to
have such amazing and brave parents.

The United States is my home now and I am proud to say
that I love living in such a beautiful country.
I am proud of being an American...I hope everyone had an amazing 4th of July next to your loved ones and that we can remember how lucky we are to be living in this Country that we call home.
